It's like I'm recurring addict. As much as Anita & her men annoy me (mixed with some in-between golden moments), I keep coming back with some hope, but not really any expectations. I can say this: Even though Hamilton is nowhere near her best, that current 'decent-enough' is still better than some/maybe most of the other novels I read. But occasionally, I feel like even that statement is starting to stretch thin because I get so annoyed with the characters actions, and the constant rationalizing of their actions.
